Take the next steps to become a youth apprentice

You are almost ready to begin your modern youth apprenticeship journey, but before you begin the preparation and application process, please make sure you:

  • a rising junior who will be 16 by December 31, 2023. Contact your counselor for other opportunities if you do not qualify for CareerWise New York.
  • have approval from your school’s counselor
  • attend a participating school
