For over 10 years, Joy Osahon has had transformative experiences working in a variety of professional sectors such as Workforce Development, Educational Leadership, College and Career Readiness, Youth Development, and more. Driven by passion, Joy takes pride in empowering, preparing, and providing young adults with life changing opportunities.

As the Director of Career Exploration & Exposure for 9th grade schools in , Joy’s ultimate goal is to transform the ways that schools approach and implement career readiness within the classroom and curriculum. Joy is a graduate from Southern Connecticut State University where she received her Master of Arts Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree.
