Quality Assurance Technician

A Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for testing new software products for defects or issues. QA Technicians create and run various tests to ensure software meets all quality standards of the organization. They identify problems and work to resolve issues before the new software is complete. They generate reports and documentation and must communicate effectively with the entire development team.
