Chief Operating Officer

We’re looking for an experienced executive who can build and lead a world-class team that delivers exceptional services both internally and externally. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for aligning decision-making and operating processes across our entire program, which includes the Colorado market, the New York City market and a set of central teams (example: Technology, Learning Solutions, Human Resources) that support program delivery teams in both markets.

Reporting to the President, the COO will ensure that high-quality program delivery continues, while also identifying and implementing the necessary shifts to team structure and operating cadence to ensure effectiveness and sustainability in the long-term.

Reporting to the Director of Client Success, The Client Success Manager (CSM) is critical to the Employer Partnerships team and will lead and deliver tasks and projects that drive a high-quality experience for our clients, many of whom are Fortune 500 companies.

Senior Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in marketing planning and execution across CareerWise (CW) Flagships (in Colorado and New York City), affiliates, and our national product team.

Senior Director of Education Partnerships

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in project management and change management as well as impeccable relational and interpersonal skills to quickly build trust with all educational stakeholders.

Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Director of Education Partnerships will be responsible for managing relationships between CareerWise New York (CWNY) and New York City Public Schools (NYCPS), higher education institutions, and other educational stakeholders.
