We are excited about your interest in modern youth apprenticeship and the CareerWise New York team is here to support you every step of the way! Before you apply there are few things you should know.
The Hiring Hub is the platform you will use to explore and apply for apprenticeships. It’s similar to a job board, except this one is just for CareerWise New York apprenticeships. The Hiring Hub is where you will create your student profile, review opportunities, and apply to available positions. You’ll want to take your time in creating your student profile, as interested employers will review these closely!
On February 15th you will be able to access the Hiring Hub. After you’ve set up your student profile, you can begin to explore open apprenticeship opportunities.
Prior to applying to any available apprenticeship, you can visit the Before you Apply page for information about eligibility, pathway exploration, and resources to help you build your best resume and cover letter.

I’m getting paid for it...and I’m able to get college credit for it. I don’t know why anyone would pass this up.
All new apprentices are required to attend at least one Apprentice Summer Boot Camp.
During boot camp, you will meet fellow apprentices, gain valuable workplace knowledge and get answers to all your questions!
