IT Support Technician

IT Support Technicians maintain the computer systems and networks within an organization. They provide technical assistance to computer users, install and configure computer systems, diagnose software or hardware issues and solve technical problems. IT support technicians provide client support to internal or external customers, establish a good working relationship with clients, and explain complex information in clear terms to non-IT personnel. This job is involved in IT infrastructure and systems and may also provide assistance with servers and networks.
