Amanda Hertzberg is the Chief of Staff for CareerWise New York. In this role, she provides strategic and operational support to the CEO and the rest of the CareerWise New York executive team.

Prior to joining CareerWise, Amanda worked in early careers recruiting and business support for Bank of America where her focus was driving processes across the enterprise. She brings extensive operational knowledge to her current role and has been tasked with building out procedures and policies for the CareerWise New York organization that will streamline their efforts and withstand their growth and rate of scale.

Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Boston University. In her free time, she enjoys NYT crossword puzzles and word games, seeing performances on Broadway and at Lincoln Center, and hanging out with her rescue dog.
