Callie Thuma is a listener, an experienced educator and a believer in the power of sharing stories. A founding member of CareerWise New York, Callie currently serves as Director of Career Development and Recruitment. Previously, they worked for The Moth, producing live events and teaching the art of personal storytelling. Callie began their career as an elementary school teacher in New Orleans, and also worked on StoryCorps’ national Mobile Tour, where they recorded life stories from over a thousand individuals. A Pittsburgh native and proud Schenley High School alum, Callie received a BA in American Studies from Macalester College.
