Katarina is a Project Manager on the Onboarding team. She enjoys creatively helping individuals and organizations drive business development strategies to fuel small business growth. Before joining CWNY, Katarina recruited for large clients like Amazon and Goldman Sachs and worked on growth marketing campaigns for various lifestyle and beauty brands. Her combined experience in recruiting, account management, and marketing data analytics has helped her get to CWNY.

Originally from the Boston area, Katarina received honors when she graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. In her free time, she loves to travel, meet new people, and learn new skills.
