Kyla McNally

Kyla is currently the firmwide Global Head of New Joiner Experience for Early Careers at JPMorgan chase. In this role she is responsible for setting and executing the strategy which delivers ~14,000  hires globally across our emerging talent and campus recruiting (interns and full-time hires) efforts. She also oversees program management for Early Careers.

Prior to this role, Kyla led Talent Acquisition globally for the Corporate and Firmwide functions where she was responsible for managing all experienced hire recruiting for the Corporate Functions globally (~19,000 hires). She also led the firmwide Sourcing Function with responsibility for developing, driving and executing the candidate sourcing strategy across the firm.

Prior to these roles, Kyla was the Head of HR for several of the corporate functions including Human Resources, Corporate Responsibility, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Communications and Events. In that role, Kyla supported a number of senior leaders including Operating Committee members partnering closely with HR colleagues to establish and implement HR strategies that supported business priorities.

During her time with the firm, Kyla has held several Talent Acquisition and HR Business Advisor roles. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, she has led recruiting for Asset and Wealth Management (Experienced Hire and Campus Recruiting), the Corporate and Investment Bank’s (CIB) CAO Experienced Hire Recruiting (Operations and Technology), Firmwide LatAM Experienced Hire Recruiting as well as North America Campus Recruiting for the CIB.  Kyla also led Global Talent Acquisition for the Treasury and Securities Services (TSS) business. Kyla also worked as a HR Business Advisor supporting various functions across the TSS business.

Kyla has over 25 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience and joined JPMorgan in 2004 in the London office and moved to New York in 2011. Prior to this she worked for Alexander Mann Solutions.
