Thank you for attending our DA Kick-off meeting! We were glad we could see all of you and provide a preview of the WBL-Curriculum. As a reminder the Ed team will have 1-1 bi-weekly meetings with each school partner. If you have not set up a regular time yet, please do so! Once we have 1-1 bi-weekly meetings set up, we can begin to discuss recruitment! If you already have your 1-1 meeting set up, talk to your CWNY point person to set up recruitment pitches! 

As a reminder, the Ed team will provide a full update on apprentices and the vaccine/testing requirements per company in separate emails. Please be on the  lookout for those updates from your CWNY Ed team point person.  

CareerWise New York is hiring! Please share these two job descriptions to your network: Director, Educational Partnerships and Manager, Educational Partnerships!


Your CWNY point person will work with you to implement and begin recruitment at your school. Talk to your point person to set up recruitment pitches at your school! Also, if you do not have your 1-1 bi-weekly  meeting already set up, touch base with your point person to get that scheduled! 

What to look forward to: in-person pitching, employer engagement events, and our WBL- curriculum that will be released for the Spring semester!

CDI Phase II completed and apprentices are working! Apprentices should expect to receive their stipend about 2-3 weeks after it is mailed out!

For those students who were hired August- September, there is a make-up CDI Phase I training that has 2-Fridays left in their training, on top of working M-Thursday! For more on CDI training, click here.

Cohort 2 (Seniors) Apprentices
All cohort 2 apprentices should ideally be available to work 1-5pm, Monday-Thursday!  If they are scheduled for a 2pm start time and a 1pm release from school, please do keep that schedule. To view Cohort 2 Employer Schedules, click here

Cohort 3 (Juniors) Apprentices
All cohort 3 apprentices are working  2-5pm, Monday-Thursday (except for those noted in the employer schedule)! For Cohort 3 Employer schedules, click here.
